Tanzania 0-0 Nigeria: Ikeme's Heroics Rescues Point For Oliseh's Eagles And Other Results

The Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper was in superb form on his international debut as the Eagles failed to soar in Dar es Salam.

Tanzania held Nigeria to a 0-0 draw in Saturday's 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier played at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium, Dar-es-Salaam.

Mourinho Bags Five Guinness Book of Records Certificates

Chelsea Foootball Club manager, Jose Mourinho has had his name entered into the 2016 version of the Guinness Book of Records.

He was presented with unique framed certificates marking his achievements at Cobham recently.

Mourinho's five managerial records in the latest edition of the famous and prestigious book are as follows:

Longest football unbeaten home run by a manager (nine years)
Most Champions League titles with different clubs (two)
Youngest manager to reach 100 Champions League matches (49 years 12 days)
Most points in a Premier League season (95)
Most games unbeaten at home in the Premier League (77)
Mourinho was pleased to be recognised by such an iconic publication.

'The fact they gave me the awards in a way that I can put them up in my office is nice,' he said.

'It's something fun and as a kid you could never imagine that one day you would be in the Guinness Book of Records.

'You know me, these awards arefor something I did in the past and obviously it's nice, but for me what's more important is what I can do in the future.'

Enyeama Fails To Report To Camp For AFCON Qualifier

Ahead of the Monday, August 31st deadline for all invited Super Eagles players to report to Bolton White Apartment Camp of the Eagles team for the African Cup of Nations qualifier billed to be played at Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the Europe-based Eagles goal-keeper, Vincent Enyeama is yet to join the team.

According to Patrick Pascal, the team's Coordinator, Eagles Coach, Sunday Oliseh expected Enyeama to report to the camp, latest, Wednesday morning to which the keeper is yet to fulfil.

''All the invited players have already reported at the Bolton White Apartment Camp of the team. "Russia-based Ahmed Musa came in [Tuesday] evening and even trained. But the only player we are still expecting is the team captain Vincent Enyeama." Pascal told newsmen on Tuesday.

He also said that 18 foreign-based professional players were invited by the Eagles Coach while five home-based players were also picked to join the team for the battle of Dar esSalaam. The team is expected to travel via a chartered flight onThursday.

Manchester United Sign Anthony Martial From Monaco For £36m

Manchester United have announced the signing of Anthony Martial from Monaco.

The 19-year-old was linked with Tottenham earlier this summer before penning a new contract at Stade Louis II but now becomes Louis van Gaal's sixth summer signing for a reported fee of £36 million (€50m).

Martial, who was handed his first senior call-up to the Francesquad this week, was given permission to leave the international camp and complete a move Monaco claim could eventually be worth £58.7m (€80m).

"I'm so excited to join United," said Martial upon signing a four-year contract with the option for a further year. "I've always wanted to play in the Premier League and I look forward to meeting my team-mates."

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has been named the world's most charitable sports star after donating million of pounds to causes across the globe.

Ronaldo topped DoSomething.org's Athletes Gone Good 2015 list and beat the likes of John Cena, Serena Williams and Barcelona star Neymar.

The former Manchester United winger has been recognised for his generosity – where he has raised money for various causes and used his global status as a spokesperson for charities.

Ronaldo is first having supported Aid Still Required, Cahonas Scotland, Save the Children, UNICEF and World Vision. 'Cristiano Ronaldo topped the list for going above and beyond on the field and in his charity work.

The futbol star raised money forvarious causes including donating more than $83,000 to a 10-year-old fan in need of brain surgery and giving more than $165,000 to fund a cancer center in Portugal that treated his mother,' Dosomething.org said.'

Ronaldo has also used his fame as a global spokesperson for a variety of causes including childhood hunger, obesity and biodiversity.'

Olympic diver TomDaley was also listed alongside Ronaldo, Serena and LeBron James in the top 20 list. The 21-year-old, whose father lost his life to a brain tumour aged just 40, is a patron of The Brain Tumour Charity.

Two US TV Journalists Killed Live On Air

Two US journalists have been shot dead during a live TV report in the state of Virginia, their employer has confirmed.

WDBJ7 TV reporter Alison Parker, 24, and cameraman Adam Ward, 27, were killed during an interview in Moneta, Bedford County, the TV station said.

During the live broadcast, shots and the reporter's screams could be heard, and the camera fell to the ground.Police say they are investigatingthe incident and still searching for the suspect.
